eBay: $5k for the Longshot page by Art Adams, finally sold after a couple months, $3,1k for the Hulk page by Gary Frank, $2,2k for a Superman cover by Chris Samnee, $2k (Best Offer) for a Daredevil DPS by Paolo Rivera, $1,5k for an Infinity Inc. page by Todd McFarlane, $1,5k (B.O.) for a Spider-Man sketch cover by John Romita, $1k (B.O.) for a slabbed Jim Lee sketch cover.

$1,2k for a nice Vampirella pinup by Bruce Timm, $1k for the page from The Goon #1 by Powell, $800 (B.O.) seems low for this Wonder Woman page by Ken Lashley, but he’s always keeping his prices low for the fans.

Heritage Weekly Auction: $7k for the X-Men cover by Churchill, a little less for the Spidey cover by Luke Ross, $4,5k for an XO page by Barry Smith, very high $2k for a B.C. daily, pretty low $1k for a Terry strip by Caniff.

Catawiki: €3,1k for the Dupuy & Berberian page, €3k for the Murena page by Delaby, €1k for a Lubna sketch by Liberatore, a Ranx sketch went for €300. Low €600 for a Conan strip by Ernie Chan, €500 for a Shanna sketch by Frank Cho, €300 for a Magnus page and a Dylan Dog page by Micheluzzi.

Comiclink: well… do I have to tell you that I arrived late again for this month’s CL auction? I really can’t understand their schedule, or there’s a curse… and what an auction you lost, if you have a lot of money to spend on sheets of paper. Record price for Jim Starlin, with $140 paid for the cover to Thanos Quest #1, the first appearance of Harley Quinn is a $97k record for Mike Parobeck, $100k, very close to the $102 record for this Sandman page by Mike Dringenberg, $81k for an Avengers page by Jack Kirby.

Sold for $50,4k just one year ago, this Hulk cover by Dale Keown went for $50k. $35k for 9 Spidey cards by Bagley, $35k for the first appearance of Black Widow by Don Heck, $33k for a DC cover by Travis Charest, very far from his best later work on Wildcats. $25k for a beautiful Star Wars cover by J. Scott Campbell, ruined by many sigs.

Four painted connecting Marvel covers by Mark Brooks, sold for $20k, $9k record for Olivier Coipel, with a Spider-Man cover.

There were many low prices as usual, $18k for an early Spawn cover by Capullo/McF is not low right now, but it will be, Capullo also has a $10k Batman splash, and a $3,8k X-Force page with Wolverine, $7k for a Hulk half splash by McFarlane.

$14k for a full X-Men Vs. Magneto commission by John Byrne, $7k is very, very low for a Death page by Chris Bachalo, $6,5k for a rare Vampire Batman page by Kelley Jones, $6k for X-Force by Liefeld, $5,5k for the most famous Tarzan piece by Buscema, $5k for a top Fantastic Four page by Perez, probably the best deal of the auction was this X-Men page by Andy Kubert paid $5k.
