Heritage Weekly Auction: $8k for an Hellboy page by Mignola, $3k for the Daredevil page by Heck, $1,8k for the Batman page by Novick, $1,7k for a Groo page, $1,5k for the Peter Bagge page, $1,6k for a Carol day strip, $1,5k for the Conan page by Buscema, $1,3k for the Dexter cover by Bill Wray, very high (again) $1k for a Garfield daily, $500 for the Avengers page by Coipel.
Catawiki Auctions: €700 was a good deal for the Tintin sketch by Hergé, €650 for the Captain America commission by Romita (?) and McLeod, €500 for the Sempé sketch, €500 for the Crisse page, €300 was low for this cover by Massimo Carnevale, €200 for the Venom sketch by Dell’Otto.
Comiclink Auctions: $2,6k for a Gil Kane page is the top price, $2,3k and $1,7k for rare Dreadstar pages by Starlin, $2k for a Daredevil commission by Maleev, high $2k for an Iron-Man commission by Bob Layton, $1,8k for the Batman commission by Fabok, $550 for the Batman head, $1k for a Spider-Boy page by Mike Wieringo, growing like all of the Amalgam pages.
Then at least 10 pages of low prices, a few were interesting.
$700 for a Lilandra page by John Bolton, $600 for a Hulk page by Starlin, $600 for a Clone Saga page by Tom Lyle, very good $500 deal for this Excalibur page by Leonardi, I forgot to bid on one of these On Stage dailies: $550, $400, $350.
A nice Wolverine page by Bachalo for less than $500, $400 for a Batman storyboard by Alex Toth, a very nice Spidey daily sold for less than $400 (not the $1,5k they go for on eBay…), $350 for a Superman sketch by Darwyn Cooke.
A Batman head sketch by Bruce Timm for $550, 1/3 of the latest prices.
Heritage International Auction: $550k for the two DKR pages by Frank Miller, at $275k each they take the highest spot for panel pages by Miller, $115k is the record for interior Watchmen pages by Dave Gibbons, $57k record price for Enrico Marini.
High $23k for this (perfect) Astro Boy shikishi by Tezuka, high $20k for the Iron Fist origin page by Gil Kane, prices went up again for Excalibur art by Alan Davis, this page was sold for $11k.
Not so high prices for the Ditko Spidey page, $100k, the Asterix page, $93k, $19k for the JLA cover by Dell’Otto, $11k for a Jimmy Corrigan page, $6k for a BWS illustration, $5k for a nice Kirby page, $4,5k for a Moon Knight page by Sienk, $3,5k for a Batman page by Sean Murphy.
Not the best Sunday pages in their runs, but prices stayed low for this Flash Gordon page by Raymond, $42k, this Krazy Kat, $20k, This Tarzan by Hogarth, $19k.

Marvel: some ’90s Punisher pages by Doug Braitwaite, Dr. Strange by Isherwood, an Elektra sketch by Sienkiewicz, a Hulk sketch by George Perez, a Spidey cover prelim by JRJR, a Venom Vs. Ninja Turtle pinup by Frank Cho, an X-Men page by Ramos, a Venom page by Bagley, last week’s Werewolf page by Perlin is still going.
For once there’s a REAL production piece for a Conan splash by Rich Buckler.
DC: look at this Power Girl cover by Gary Frank, a Power Girl trading card by Phil Noto, a Joker commission by Tim Sale, a Death commission by Terry Dodson, a slabbed Green Lantern blank by Neal Adams, last week’s Green Lantern DPS by Mahnke is still going.
An Invincible page by Ottley, Stan Sakai is selling a couple Usagi pinups one, two.

A 1953 Peanuts daily and many sketched books, a painted Treehouse of Horror cover and a Bartman cover by Bill Morrison, a Yogi Bear Sunday, an Adventure Time illustration by Andy Ristaino, a Spider Woman pinup by John Byrne, an illustration by Hideshi Hino, two illustrations by Tony Wong (one, two).
A Naruto sketch by Kishimoto, a Trigun sketch by Nightow, a Vampire Hunter D sketch by Amano.
Then some Tron concept art lots by Moebius, a Simpsons model sheet and a Milhouse concept drawing by Groening.
